§ Mr. Wyn Robertsasked the Secretary of State for Wales what has been the percentage increase in Welsh Office staff between 1st March 1974 and 1st October 1975.
§ Mr. John MorrisApproximately 33 per cent. This increase is mainly due to the transfer of staff from the Welsh Hospital Board and other consequential appointments following the reorganisation of the National Health Service in Wales in 1974; and to transfers from the Department of Industry this year following the assumption by the Welsh Office of responsibilities for industry in Wales.
