§ Mrs. CastleThe Department already publishes a free guide to citizens' rights entitled "Family Benefits and Pensions". This comprehensive booklet covers both152W Government and local authority benefits, and is available to all who wish to help those eligible for benefits. The Department also produces the "Supplementary Benefit Handbook".
