§ Mr. David Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he may expect a reply to the inquiry on behalf of a constituent over the age of 80 years sent to the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department of Health and Social Security on 3rd July concerning eligibility for pension.
