§ Miss Joan LestorMy right hon. Friend has not allocated resources specifically for the Educational Disadvantage Unit. Its tasks are set out in Annex A of "Educational Disadvantage and the Educational Needs of Immigrants"—Cmnd 5720. In carrying out those tasks the Unit will take into account the findings of relevant research, including that referred to.
