§ Mr. Wrigglesworthasked the Lord President of the Council (1) under what circumstances and conditions the Palace of Westminster is allowed to be used 41W for commercial promotions and advertising; and whether payment is made for such services if provided;
(2) who gave permission for the Palace of Westminster and staff responsible for the maintenance of Big Ben to be used for the commercial promotion and advertisement of watches; and whether any payment was made for these services.
§ Mr. Edward ShortPermission is never given to use films or photographs taken within the precincts for commercial purposes. The question of payment does not therefore arise.
