§ Mr. Clinton DavisAbout 2 per cent. of aircraft taking off from Heathrow exceed the prescribed noise limits. We are examining ways of further reducing the infringement rate. The Concorde monitoring results released by the Greater London Council are broadly consistent with those published earlier by the Department.
