§ Mr. ConcannonNo. The Northern Ireland Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration found no evidence of maladministration by the Northern Ireland Department of Housing, Local Government and Planning. My right hon. Friend is satisfied that this case has received the fullest consideration and that the decision to refuse a grant was correct.
