§ Mr. KaufmanThe Footwear Study Group has not yet reached conclusions or made recommendations to my right hon. Friend, but I know of the concern expressed at its meetings about the impact of imports on United Kingdom manufacturers, and their case for temporary restraints on imports. Representatives of the group are shortly to meet my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade to discuss the matter.
