§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) whether he is satisfied that the declaration as to value under the export regulations for works of art was fully observed in respect of the application for a licence to export Donatello's bronze relief of the Madonna and Child;
(2) if, in view of the evidence sent to him by the hon. Member for Warley, East, he will set up an inquiry into the circumstances of the sale and application for an export licence of the bronze relief by Donatello of the Madonna and Child.
