§ Mr. BennThe CEGB has received capital investment approval for the Dinorwic pumped storage scheme. I have approved an outline plan for the first stage of the generating station to be constructed at Dinorwic, which the CEGB provided under Section 21(2) of the North Wales Hydro Electric Power Act 1973. Other related civil works were approved by the terms of the Act.
The letting of contracts is a matter for the CEGB.
