§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what guidance is given to universities about the maximum use being made of student halls of residence during vacations with a view to raising income from this source and helping to stabilise term rent levels.
§ Mr. MulleyIt is for individual universities to decide how this can best be done. I am sure that they are aware of the financial benefit of making full use of their accommodation during vacations.
