§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he intends to allocate finance for public acquisition of development land via the county joint committees or direct to those district 715W councils or consortia of district councils which assume the right or duty to exercise the powers contained in the Community Land Act.
§ Mr. John SilkinDuring the first year of operation of the community land scheme loan sanctions will be issued to individual authorities. The arrangements for subsequent years have yet to be decided.
