§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe joint voluntary liquidators, on the advice of solicitors and counsel and with the consent of their Committee of Inspection, recovered £1,000 in a compromise settlement in respect of this matter.
§ Mr. Robert Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether it is his intention to introduce legislation to strengthen section 190 of the Companies Act 1948 in accordance with the recommendation contained in paragraph 271(c) of his department's report into the affairs of Bernard Russell Limited.
