§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish in the Official Report details of legislation currently on the statute book for which his Department is the implementing Department and which has not yet been brought into operation due to financial, energy or any other reasons indicating (a) the reason for delay, (b) the estimated savings due to non-implementation, (c) the expected increase in staff, stating if central or local government, required for implementation, and (d) the estimated date of implementation.
§ Mr. Barry JonesThere is no legislation for which the Department has the primary responsibility which has not been brought into operation for the reasons indicated.
