§ Mrs. Bainasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report a table showing how many job opportunities have been lost in Scotland in each of the years from 1970 to 1975 due to (i) closure of manufacturing establishments in Scotland owned by United Kingdom enterprises and (ii) closure of manufacturing establishments in Scotland owned by overseas enterprises, listing each enterprise closed.
