asked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will list

half-yearly age analysis normally made in January and July. Percentage rates of unemployment are not available for separate age groups. The following table shows the numbers of unemployed aged under 20:

the offices and numbers of relevant employees for which he has executive or advisory responsibility in each of the following: Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

My Department has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow as followsEdinburgh: Area Electricity Meter Examiners Office—2 staff. Area Gas Examiners Office—2 staff. Glasgow: Offshore Supplies Office—129 staff.

There are no offices in Aberdeen or Dundee at present, but it is intended to open in Aberdeen a small outpost of the main Offshore Supplies Office based in Glasgow as soon as suitable arrangements can be made.
