§ Mr. MeacherMileage allowances for National Health Service staff who use their cars on official business are not laid down by the Department but are negotiated in the General Whitley Council for the Health Services. I am aware of no restriction placed upon nurses or others, but if the hon. Member has a particular case in mind perhaps he will send me details.
