§ Mrs. CastleThe changes I announced in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Westhoughton (Mr. Stott) on 11th July can be made in the short term and within existing legislation. We shall keep the working of the service under review, but I have nothing further to add at this stage to my earlier announcement.
