§ Mr. BishopI would refer the hon. Member to my replies to the hon. Member for Isle of Ely (Mr. Freud) on Thursday 1st May and my hon. Friend the Member for Gloucestershire, West (Mr. Watkinson) on Wednesday 14th May [Vol. 891, c. 220 and Vol. 892, c. 107].
These apply to all non-agricultural development of agricultural land including that by statutory water undertakers.
