§ Mr. FreesonThe report by the special sub-committee of the Building Regulations Advisory Committee on appraisal of buildings containing high alumina cement concrete will be published very shortly and I will send a copy to the hon. Member. We have already amended the building regulations so that local authorities can reject plans for new structural work where HACC will be used.
