§ Mr. Tomlinsonasked the Prime Minister what progress has been made in puting into effect the communiqué arising from the Helsinki Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe.
§ The Prime MinisterWe have already made arrangements to publish the full text of the Final Act. We shall now, together with our friends and allies, give active and urgent consideration to the right way to ensure that all the decisions of the conference are fully respected and put into practice.
