§ Mr. ArmstrongTo meet the immediate problems caused by the reorganisation of local government in particular areas, the Local Authorities (Temporary Use of Labour) Order 1975, and Article 8 of the Local Authorities Etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 2) Order 1974 have been made; these orders will operate until 31st March 1977. My right hon. Friend is now urgently reviewing the wider issues involved.
