§ Mr. Gristasked the Secretary of State for Employment what proposals he has for extending the Community Industry Scheme to South Glamorgan.
§ Mr. John FraserAny extension of Community Industry to South Glamorgan would initially require an application from the South Glamorgan County Council to the Community Industry National Management Board. It would then be for the board to assess the case for such an extension, taking into account the needs of other areas, and to advise my right hon. Friend accordingly.
