(2) what numbers and what proportion of all unfit dwellings in (a) Great Britain, (b) England, (c) the English regions were in the following categories at the end of 1950, 1960, 1970, 1973 and 1974: (a) owner-occupied, (b) rented from local authorities or new town corporations, (c) rented from private owners or other tenures, (d) vacant, and (e) subject to closure orders under housing or planning legislation.
