§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThis matter is the direct responsibility of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. The response to the rent rebate scheme in Northern Ireland as a whole is disappointing. I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Thornaby (Mr. Wrigglesworth) on 26th June.
