§ Mr. MulleyNo. It is one of the express purposes of the reorganisation of higher education in the non-university sector initiated by my Department's Circular 7/73 to end the general isolation of teacher training from other kinds of higher and further education. Nevertheless, as the circular recognised, there will continue to be a place for a limited number of institutions devoted solely to teacher education.
