asked Her Majesty's Government:

When they expect to publish Mr. Ivor Cooke's Army service record, now that a signed statement by Mr. Cooke agreeing to its publication in Hansard has been sent to them by me and in view of the Government's undertaking to publish it when this permission was forthcoming.
