§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will arrange for copies of the proposals prepared by Signor Spinelli of the EEC Commission on the future of the European aerospace industry, which are now circulating in the industry in Great Britain, to be made available to interested Members of Parliament.

The Commission is preparing a report on the aircraft industry in response to the Council of Ministers resolution of 4th March 1975. The report has not yet been finalised or put to the Council.
