§ Mr. HattersleyThe Belgian Prime Minister was present for part of the informal meeting of Community Foreign Ministers near Dublin on 12th-13th April, at which there was some general discussion of the report which he is to prepare on European Union. My right hon. Friend has not taken part in any other discussions with him.
