§ The PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE, NORTHERN IRELAND OFFICE (Lord Donaldson of Kingsbridge)This is a matter for the Northern Ireland Fishery Harbour Authority, which is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Portavogie harbour. The question of providing adequate electricity power points at the harbour has already been brought to the Authority's attention.
