§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy whether he proposes to pay existing licensees compensation for requiring them to subscribe to terms and conditions under Part II of the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Bill which were not contractual terms under their original agreements.
§ Mr. VarleyThere is no provision for compensation in the Bill, but in exercising the powers proposed in Part II I shall take into account the likely effect on licensees.
