§ Mrs. HartAs I told my hon. Friend the Member for Sheffield, Heeley (Mr. Hooley) on 22nd April—[Vol. 890, c. 255]—we shall be very ready to make a British contribution if the fund seems likely to add usefully to international efforts for agricultural development.
