§ Mr. Robert HughesReturns from education authorities show that 40,545 secondary pupils were receiving part-time education earlier this month at the beginning of the school term. The comparable figure in April 1974 was 10,651. No information is available for the quarter ended 30th June 1973. No secondary pupils were on part-time education in May 1972.
