§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownIn the Highland and north-east counties substantially affected by oil-related developments, 4.5 local authority and 3.8 private houses per 1,000 of population were completed in 1974. The corresponding figures for the whole of Scotland were 2.5 and 2.2 respectively.
