§ Mr. KaufmanHousing association projects in Coventry, as elsewhere, approved under the Housing Act 1974 are eligible for the new deficit grants provided for in the Act. Subsidies approved under earlier legislation remain in payment but certain schemes may benefit from transitional arrangements under the 1974 Act. The Department is always ready to give advice on particular projects.
