The commission's terms of reference require it to promote the exchange of views among Governments, intergovernmental and nongovernmental organisations, trade unions, business, consumers' and other relevant groups through the arrangement,inter aha, of hearings and interviews. I am very ready to advise and assist the TUC, CBI or any other interested party wishing to make its views known to the commission.
