§ Mr. Denis HowellI understand that some 250 tonnes of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) wastes from various foreign sources are being disposed of annually in this country. Disposal is, of course, subject to the same safeguards as for waste arising here, but I am making inquiries about the circumstances in which the material is being imported and will write to my hon. Friend.
