§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in view of the uncertainties that have arisen from previous delays, he will endeavour to publish the report of his inspector as soon as possible after the conclusion of the public inquiry into the planning application by Burmah-Total Refineries Trust to construct a refinery at Cliffe, Rochester, Kent.
