§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will instruct the National Television Licence Records Office to grant a refund in respect of the unexpired portion of any broadcast receiving licence where such licence is held by a person who is emigrating from the United Kingdom; and if he will make a statement of his general policy so far as applications for refunds are concerned.
