Mr. Thinasked the Prime Minister what changes have been made in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.
§ The Prime MinisterI have appointed my hon. Friend the Member for Hackney, South and Shoreditch (Mr. Brown) and my noble Friend the Lord Peddie as members of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe, in place of my hon. Friend the Member for Glasgow, Garscadden (Mr. Small) and my hon. Friend the Member for Hammersmith, North (Mr. Tomney).
My hon. Friend the Member for Derby, North (Mr. Whitehead) and my hon. Friend the Member for West Bromwich, East (Mr. Snape) have been appointed substitute members of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.
