§ Mrs. CastleI intend to introduce legislation to abolish the wage stop at the first suitable opportunity, with the hope of bringing this into force when family income supplement is uprated later this year. The cost will be small, and will be accommodated within my departmental programme. I would, here, like to pay tribute to my hon. Friend, and others who have been so prominent in the campaign for the abolition of the wage stop.
