§ Mr. Mayhewasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will ascertain from the French authorities the date and place of trial of the prosecutions to which he referred in his statement of 11th April 1975 concerning the export of live sheep to France. and in due course ascertain the outcome thereof and give this information to the House.

Proceedings in France are, of course, entirely a matter for the French authorities.
