§ Mr. John FraserThe following members of the National Management Board of Community Industry were appointed after consultation with the National Association of Youth Clubs: Mrs. J. Lorber, JP, Mr. M. Beresford-Smith and Mr. H. A. Jenkins. No persons are appointed by me to sheltered workshops through local authorities and voluntary bodies.
