Kaberryasked the Secretary of State for Industry what progress has been made in the negotiations undertaken by him with the COMECON countries in relation to quotas or anti-dumping restrictions in relation to the British footwear industry and in respect of which the Under-Secretary of State gave certain undertakings to the House in January last.
