§ Mr. Harold WalkerAt the last annual count in April 1974, 3,633 people in the 15W Southampton travel-to-work area were registered as disabled. Of these 342 or 9.4 per cent. were unemployed in March this year, the latest date for which information is available. The comparable national percentage was 11.4.
