§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownMy right hon. Friend is ready to consider any appropriate proposals for the regulations, along the lines of this code or otherwise, which would assist access for the disabled to buildings. Officials are in touch with the Scottish Council of Social Service on this subject. Thereafter consultations with the Building Standards Advisory Committee and others would be held as necessary.
