§ Mrs. Colquhounasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will name those appointed by him under the terms of the Southern Rhodesia (Higher Authority for Power) Order 1970.
§ Mr. EnnalsSir Evelyn Hone and Mr. J. C. Morgan were appointed in 1970 as United Kingdom members on the Higher Authority for Power. The other appointments are made by the Government of Zambia and the Commonwealth Development Corporation.
