Values of imports of fish into EEC countries from countries outside the EEC during 1973, the most recent year for which statistics are available, were as follows:

§ Mr. PeartThe effect of such changes would depend on the way in which United Kingdom farmers revised their production plans and on the availability and price of supplies from other sources. In view of the many variable factors it is not possible to estimate accurately the effect on the retail price index.
