§ Mr. MeacherProposals for the coordination of United Kingdom applications for ECSC housing loans, covering coal miners as well as steelworkers, will shortly be put to the European Commission. The procedure will provide for the views of all the interested parties, including unions, local authorities and employers, to be taken into account.
