§ Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is the cause of the delay in implementing the management arrangements proposed in October 1974 for the hospital linen service within the reorganised National Health Service.
§ Dr. Owen:My Department has agreed with the regional health authorities to suspend implementing the proposed arrangements, pending a further study by a specially constituted working party.
